VidaViva Ecofood produces dehydrated fruits from organic fruits grown in its own fields, which are located on the island of La Palma, an island better known as the Isla Bonita for its diverse and beautiful landscapes and emblematic places. From this production and cultivation on this beautiful island we obtain the lemons needed for this product.
All lemons are grown organically in our own fields, which are located in Tijarafe. The location of these fields is very good as they are at excellent altitudes above sea level, ranging from 270 m to 800 m and this makes the growing area in very good condition. Some time ago, on the island of La Palma, a volcano erupted, which caused problems in our crops, but after the calm came, the ashes of the volcano were used for crops. Because the ashes are loaded with nutrients our plantations received a lot and this together with the pure air of the island, the wonderful hours of sunshine and its natural mountain water helps our lemons to be better and the production to be efficient.
The lemons are harvested by hand and after cleaning and selection, they go through a dehydration process and after this process is finished we obtain our delicious dehydrated lemons for cocktails.
